International Max Planck Research School in Chemical Biology

The IMPRS in Chemical and Molecular Biology is a joint initiative of the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology, the Technische Universität Dortmund, and the Ruhr-University Bochum with the aim to advance our understanding of fundamental biological mechanisms on a molecular scale by applying chemical, biochemical, and biophysical tools. Doctoral students of the IMPRS in Chemical and Molecular Biology receive a first-rate, research-oriented advanced education enjoying close supervision by world-renowned scientists. The competitive and interdisciplinary, yet collaborative environment assures intensive interaction and discussions with fellow students, post-docs and senior scientists.
